Tom Mosco, hands-on since 1986
Tom started in remodeling at 20, moved into ground-up custom homes in 1986, and has been building in Central Florida ever since. By 2002 his work had earned the cover of Builder/Architect — and more than two decades later, he's still the one walking the site, picking up the phone, and standing behind every detail.
Over 600 homes and renovations later, the approach hasn't changed: one builder, one handshake, and a home built like it's his own.
