Tom Mosco
Tom Mosco bought his first home at 20 and started renovating it himself. That work turned into a remodeling business, and in 1986 he moved into ground-up home construction in Central Florida.
Over 40+ years, Tom has built and renovated more than 600 homes across a wide range of styles — work that earned the cover of Builder/Architect magazine. Along the way he pioneered features now common in custom homes, including floating vanities, glass-block showers, and built-in decorative niches.
What's stayed the same: a hands-on approach, attention to detail, and being the kind of builder you'd recommend to a friend.
